Box #1 updates are optional. Public notes, general locations, inventory updates, and stories may become part of the public project record.

Contact email, contributor IDs, private notes or questions, and uploaded image files are treated as private operational records. They are used to operate the project, connect future updates, and respond when a reply is possible.

Please do not submit street addresses, phone numbers, license plates, private account details, or other personal information. A city, region, neighborhood, or general description is enough.
